Monthly Board Meeting: was called to order at 6:40 pm by Chairman John Kirchberg.

Approve Agenda: Motion was made by John Kraus, Jr., seconded by John Kirchberg to amend the
agenda to include discussion on the Donald Bleich Jr. property on Van Buren Road.

Minutes from the April 10, 2007 Board Meeting were approved as presented with a motion from
John Kirchberg, seconded by Carole Garczynski.
Treasurers Report: The Treasurers Report for $106,224.00 was approved as presented with a
motion from John Kirchberg, seconded by John Kraus, Jr. A full report is on file.

Discussion/decision on 2007 Road Projects and Bids:
After opening and review of bids prepared by Northeast Asphalt, Scott Construction, Dodge
Construction, Linck Aggregates and Michels Materials, A motion was made by John Kraus, Jr.,
seconded by Carole Garczynski and carried by unanimous vote to contract with Northeast Asphalt
to grind, compact and install a 2”compacted depth hot mix binder course to the remainder of
Van Buren Road for a cost of $37,628.00, grind compact and pave all of Hawk road for a total of
$29,164.00, and, if an agreement is made with the towns of Lowell and Elba, grind compact and
pave Meadow Road for our town share of $17,000.00. And to contract with Scott Construction to
seal coat all of Jay Road for a total of $8,380.27.
A motion was made by John Kirchberg, seconded by John Kraus Jr., and carried by unanimous
vote to contract with Michels Materials for all the shouldering work at a cost of $12.85 per ton,
placed, watered, swept and compacted. And to contract with Linck Aggregates to provide sand
for winter road use at a cost of $9.56 per ton delivered.
Report from Audit Committee: Clerk Beilke and Dave Stange reported that the audit committee of
Barbara Schneider, David Stange and Marjorie Beilke met on May 7th and determined the books
to be complete, accurate and in order.
Mobile Home Park Ordinance Violations: Chairman Kirchberg reported that he has been in contact
with park owner John Wendorf regarding violations noticed at inspection. He continued that it
has come to his attention that Jack Ruechert plans on installing a 1998 doublewide with a one
car garage some time in July. Supervisor Garczynski suggested that the board review any written
agreement before this is allowed.
Chairman Kirchberg will be viewing the parks again with John Wendorf before the June Board
Meeting and Mobile Home Park License renewal.
Second Reading Town Plan Commission Ordinance: The Board read and reviewed for the second
time the proposed Town Pan Commission Ordinance that resulted in no further changes.
Discussion of the Donald Bleich, Jr. property on Van Buren Road: Supervisor Kraus reported that
the tires are still on the property. Chairman Kirchberg will contact the Dodge County Corporation
Council regarding the order for clean up within 60 days, which should be up within the next
couple of days.
Chairman Kirchberg reported that as far as Cindy Patridge with the State of Wisconsin is
concerned the exotic animal farm on Moriah Road is compliant with state rules. Chairman
Kirchberg has not heard back Dr. Dawn Boxdale with the USDA
Clerk Beilke reported that the only remaining unpaid personal property tax is Jason Nehring. The
board instructed Beilke to refer the bill to Bonded Collectors.

Land Use Permit for Glenn Zuehlke to construct a detached shed at on Jackson Road. Clerk Beilke
is to send a driveway permit notice.
Land Use Permit for Christopher Niehoff and Megan Baus to construct an addition at W11404 Van
Buren Road. Driveway permit has been approved.
Notice of public hearing on May 7, 2007 on the petition of Leroy Kranz to rezone land from A-1 to
A-2 for a minor land division at W10149 County Road “S”
Rezoning petition notification and Notice of public hearing of May 7, 3007 on the petition of
Carissa and Jesse Merfeld to rezone land from the flood plain overlay district to correct the
boundary in section 32 along Moriah Road. Clerk to recommend approval.
Conditional Use Permit notification and Notice of public hearing of May 21, 2007 on the petition
of Russell Schultz for a conditional use permit for the construction of four wetland scrapes and
four ditch plugs in section 26, along Van Buren Road. Clerk to recommend approval.
